How to Order a Customized Jersey

Step 1: Add a jersey to your cart
First things first, in order to get a jersey lettered, you're going to need a jersey! Add one to your cart by navigating to the jersey you wish to purchase, selecting your size and then clicking "add to basket".
Your shopping cart should now contain your desired jersey.
If you already have a jersey you wish to have lettered, you can contact us to arrange the details of getting your jersey to us.
Step 2: Add a lettering package
Next, navigate to the "Lettering Packages" section for the appropriate team. For example, if you want to get a Flames jersey lettered, navigate to Calgary Flames > Jerseys > Lettering Packages. Once there, select the lettering package appropriate to your jersey. Please note, different packages are for different sizes of jersey (for example: men's, infant, youth, etc...). If you order the wrong type of lettering package, we will not be able to process your order.

Your shopping cart should now contain both your jersey and the appropriate lettering package.
Step 3: Proceed to checkout
If this is your first time shopping at www.flamesport.com, you can choose to either register an account with us using the Customer Login panel on the left. We suggest registering an account because this will make any further purchases with us easier. If you already have an account set up, please log in using the same panel. Note: if you have a season ticket holder card, you can log in by using your season ticket number as both the username and password. We suggest changing your password once you've logged in for the first time.
If you've finished your shopping, you can now proceed to the checkout by clicking the "go to checkout" button on your shopping cart.
Step 4: Add your lettering information
When you go to put in the information required to complete your order, you will be presented with a box labeled "Jersey Lettering Information (if applicable)". Add your desired lettering here using the format Name, Number, Front Letter (if desired). For example, if you want to order an Iginla jersey, you would say "Iginla, 12, C". Please note that all names will be uppercase unless otherwise necessary (such as "McDonald, 9, C"). Lettering is done at the discression of www.flamesport.com. If your lettering request is deemed inappropriate, you will be contacted to discuss changing your order. Average maximum number of letters is 10-13, depending on jersey size. Maximum number of digits is 2.

You have just purchased a custom-lettered jersey. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the jersey to be lettered, plus 1-2 weeks shipping depending on your location. You will be contacted via e-mail once your order has been shipped. Enjoy your purchase!
