Mail Order Return Policy
Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days from the original purchase date. Please ensure all returns and exchanges are in the products original condition with tags attached. Any product that is washed or worn will not be accepted. We will give store credit for the entire purchase price, but will not refund any shipping or customs charges. Items cannot be returned for store credit without the original receipt. If you no longer have the original receipt we will exchange the item at the last discounted price. Flamesport and the Calgary Flames FanAttic will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please contact us by sending a message or calling 1-877-477-2177 before shipping any returns

Return Exceptions Policy
All sales are final on customized product, autographed collectibles, and clearance items. If there was an error in processing or packaging please contact FanAttic Customer Service at 1-877-477-2177.
U.S. and International Customers
Please note that all prices listed on this website are in Canadian (CDN) dollars. Flamesport and the Calgary Flames FanAttic will not be responsible for any duties, customs or brokerage charges that result from merchandise shipped over the borders. For all credit card purchases, Flamesport and the Calgary Flames FanAttic will charge your credit card in Canadian dollars and your credit card company will be responsible for the exchange rate.
Shipping
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping prices are calculated first by which country the order is being shipped to and second by the total price of your order.
To get your shipping price, add the items to your cart that you wish to purchase and click the "goto checkout" button. It will show your shipping address and ask you to select a shipping method, which will note how much each shipping method costs.
Where do you ship to?
We are currently configured to ship to Canada, the United States of America, Australia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Sweden and the United Kingdom, however this does not necessarily mean that we are unable to ship to you. If you do not see your country on this list please use the Contact Us feature to send us a note requesting us to set up your country for shipping. In order to speed up this process please include your full shipping address. If we are unable to configure your country for shipping on our website we will try our best to find another solution for you.

Q. I'm looking for a specific item, but it's not available at your store. Am I able to place a special order for it?
A. Unfortunately for most items we are required to order a minimum quantity so we are unable to place special orders for single items. If you are looking to place a bulk order or would like us to look at your special request on an individual basis please feel free to Contact Us.
Q. I'm looking for a specific item that I saw at a FanAttic location, but I don't see it online and I'm not able to make it back to any FanAttic locations. Is there anyway I can order it?
A. If you have recently seen an item at a FanAttic location and would like to have it shipped to you please Contact Us. If the item is still available we will be happy to look into it for you.
Q. What countries will Flamesport.com currently ship to?
A. Flamesport.com is currently configured to ship to Canada, the United States of America, Australia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Sweden and the United Kingdom, but we are able to ship to many more countries. If you are interested in making a purchase, but are not one of the countries we currently ship to please send us a message and we will look into configuring our store to ship to your country.
Q. I don't see my country as a shipping option, is there anyway I can place an order?
A. If you don't see your country as a shipping option don't be discouraged! Chances are we are able to ship to your country, we just haven't had a chance to configure it yet. Just send us a message and we'll gladly look into it.
